I've struggled for years with gut-related health issues all starting with my Celiac Disease diagnosis in 2011. Since then, I've battled SIBO, gut dysbiosis, and most recently an overgrowth of pathogenic bacteria and parasites. These illnesses, although debilitating at times, have been blessings in disguise. I've learned so much about my health, my body, and how to fuel and nurture it properly.
My passion is now to help YOU find the same freedom and healing that I've found in a real food diet and holistic lifestyle

My husband and I met on our first day of college in 2009, and became best friends during our stint as foosball partners in the guy's dorm our freshman year.
I grew up in Upstate New York, but realized I very much disliked the cold weather, so I moved to Georgia for college and never looked back.
I write with my right hand, but my left hand is dominant for sports... and my husband is the exact opposite. Weird!
I scored over 1,000 points in my high school basketball career. I even have a basketball with my name on it in a trophy case outside the gym!
My husband and I had six gluten free cakes at our wedding! (yes, I love cake)
I used to be a total control freak... until I was able to let go and trust Jesus completely with my life and the path he has me on (and the freedom this has brought feels so good!)
I love penguins. They've been my favorite animal since probably middle school, and I can't remember why. They're just so cuddly.
I'm a yoga junkie. I love me some hot vinyasa flow, and if I could live in yoga clothes I totally would.
