We’ve all been there - you go to your doctor’s office for answers about your chronic illness, gut symptoms, or autoimmune disease, and all they can tell you is you’re completely healthy.

Succumbing to the hustle just isn’t worth it, not when you’re doing it to please someone else or live up to society’s standards. And especially not if you’re hurting your health in the process.
So, I encourage you to find your own path to success and contentment, even if it looks nothing like society tells you it should - one that brings you joy and leads to a healthy, full life.
