The Stress Management Challenge

Are you struggling with a chronic illness that you just can’t seem to shake?

Have you tried what seems like every diet and supplement out there, but your symptoms just aren’t getting better?

This was me too! Until I realized that I was never going to be able to full heal and recover from my illnesses until I learned how to better manage my stress.

Stress is at the root of so many health issues today - everything from leaky gut, dysbiosis, SIBO, and gastritis, to insomnia, PMS, and thyroid conditions can be caused or made worse by stress.

Emotions, especially ones of stress, worry, and anxiety, are stored in the body - especially in the gut. And many times, emotional stress can manifest as physical stress, leaving us worn down and in a state of chronic illness.

And that’s where this challenge comes in!

I’ve seen more improvements in my health since I took a hard look at my life and made significant changes in how I managed and dealt with my stress, than with any protocol or diet plan I’ve been on.

And now I want to share what I’ve learned with you, so you can start to see the same amazing improvements in your health and life as I have!

In this challenge, you’ll spend five days responding to and making new life habits revolving around five stress management concepts that I’ve found helpful in my own journey.

These challenges will come to your email in the morning along with a printout where you can journal and write any ideas to help you make those critical life changes.

There will also be a Facebook group where I’ll be hanging out with the rest of the challenge participants. I’m hoping this can be a space where we can encourage and motivate each other to make these difficult (but very rewarding) life changes to help us overcome worry and anxiety, and live our healthiest lives!

This round of The Stress Management Challenge will run November 5th through November 9th.

If this is sounds like something you’d benefit from, sign up with the form below! It’s 100% free, and I’m so hopeful that these ideas will be a missing piece in your journey to better health!

I’m so excited for you to join me in this!
